Quality Assurance & Refurbishment Standards

Every refurbished unit supplied by AUTONEX PARTS undergoes a structured quality process before dispatch. This page outlines the standard steps applied to our core product range.

Our Refurbishment Process

1. Initial Assessment

Each unit received for refurbishment is assessed for physical condition, component integrity and known failure patterns associated with the specific transmission model.

2. Disassembly & Component Inspection

The unit is disassembled and inspected at the component level. Worn, damaged or out-of-specification parts are identified for replacement or repair.

3. Component Replacement & Repair

Identified components are replaced or repaired to restore the unit to functional specification. This may include solenoids, sensors, seals, connectors and other internal components depending on the unit type and condition found.

4. Electronic & Functional Testing

Following reassembly, the unit undergoes electronic testing to verify sensor outputs, solenoid response and control unit communication where applicable.

5. Road Test (Where Applicable)

Applicable refurbished units are function-tested and road-tested prior to dispatch to confirm basic operational performance under real driving conditions.

6. Version Verification

OE reference, hardware version and software version are verified against the original unit information and application requirements prior to supply.

7. Final Inspection & Dispatch Preparation

A final visual and functional check is carried out before the unit is prepared for secure packaging and dispatch.
